i hate it when the weather teases me. . .

i like rain when it's anytime after seven pm.
(after school and after a nice outdoor adventure)
but please, no more inside recess days(?)

ready

for a vacation.
summer, I am ready for you.

2.20.2011

one million, fifty-one thousand, two-hundred minutes.

17,520 hours.  730 days.  24 months.
Yeah, two years is kind of a long time.

But when it's over, it feels like it was simply a blink of an eye.
Or that it never happened;  maybe it was simply a dream.

However, I have learned how important that two years was.
To grow, to learn, to love, to serve, and to miss.

And it was worth it.
It was hard.
But, worth it.

You'll be okay.
You're strong.
And things will work out.
I love you.

ninja greg

soooo,

yesterday, during 'good news', one second grade friend shared that he had karate that day.

"awesome," i said, "my husband knows karate."

another second grade friend:   "then why does he work HERE?"

it's true:  greg, with all of his karate experience,  is wasting his time as our school janitor.

p.s. this is not greg
